Is Songkran Festival good or bad?

Nowadays, the water doesn't enough for using in summer season. So we should save water by spraying the water.
Because splashing water waste the water so much. Moreover, the Thai men should enjoy the festival with politeness.
They shouldn't touch the women body too much. They should know what part of body can touch and cannot touch.
Songkran festival will be good or bad, it depends on you!!
