Mine is Advanced English Grammar by Samran Khamying.
This book is very useful and easy to read and understand.
He employs the simple description so, I can understand easily.
Moreover, it's not too expensive. It's affordable.

And sometimes, books cannot provide the exact context to use words, tenses, or other points of grammar.

Anyway when I have to test about grammar, I read the book which is written by Dr. Samran Kamying. It is not a good book and also difficult to understand.

The grammar book that I have read and loved most is the one (I don't remember the name of it) that has exercises to do before learning about the points of grammar. These kinds of books have really helped me out!
