What do you do when you get hungry at night?

Now, I'm on diet.
But the bad thing is that I always get hungry during the night.
So, I just wanna know how you can prevent yourself from eating at night.

Trying to sleep is the best way for me.
I don't want to eat at night or before sleeping. I feel uncomfortable.
