What is your biggest weakness?

Normally, people love to think, but there is a unique group of people that “think too much“.
Exactly, I'm one of the group of people who think too much.
Obviously, it often makes me have a nightmare.
Anyways, I try to adjust my week point and keep going.
When I think too much, I just look on the bright side in my life
and think of my family who is absolutely love me.

Speaking openly is my biggest weakness. I'm a person who speak openly. I don't like periphrastically talk. It's unclear and hard to understand for me. I often say what I feel to people around me without considering about their feelings. Exactly, I tell the truth but sometimes it hurts listeners. Do you know? I always ask myself 'should I tell tell the truth openly or tell a lie'. However, I don't get the answer. Nowadays, I have been trying to think before speaking.

I have a lot of weaknesses I would say. In my thought, those weaknesses are kind of what obstructs my success on anything. Now I'm thinking of my biggest point. It should be my communicative skill. I don't mean only my English, but all kinds of communication that covers. As long as I notice myself, I'm kind of straight forward, so I simply talk fast without considering what should be the most appropriate for my partner, co-workers, or anyone involved in my speech. I seriously want to improve it since I have to communicate and contact a lot in the future.
