Which one do you like between chalkboards and whiteboards?

It is very hard to say but I cannot choose either.
A chalkboard has the dirty dust.
A whiteboard has a dangerous chemical.

Chalkboards seem very classic; however,

I prefer whiteboard since I don't like dust or any dust. If I teach my students by using chalk, it will make a lot of dust. I'm allergic to dust though. So, I kinda prefer a whiteboard even though it smells bad somehow.
