For a person who has low skill in using program, I think Captivate is suitable for me.
Flash is more difficult for me.

In my opinion, I think Flash is appropriate for crating CALL.
Because you can design what ever you want without the limitations of the program.

I cheer Captivate because it is friendly use, and I do not know how to use Flash.
Nonetheless, Flash can create much more functions that Captivate.

My group used to use Flash.
It has more functions compared to Captivate.
However, it's more complex and complicated.
