I have to drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning to keep my body fresh all day long.
I know this is bad for my health but can't stop.
If I don't drink any cups of coffee, I'll have a headache.

I think a kind of soda drinking, mixed between sour of soda and sweet from fruit syrup, can make you fresh. Let's try!

For me, now there is no way to be fresh without drinking coffee.
I am addicted to coffee too much. Although I get the enough sleep, I usually feel sleepy.
I need to drink some. Anyway, when I often doing exercise, it help me quite much to stay fresh all day.
It is better than drinking coffee but now I am too lazy to exercise.

Is it necessary to drink coffee when you want freshness?
I wonder why so many people drink coffee to keep them fresh or awake.
I have tried drinking it and I didn't feel fresh at all.
I didn't know why? lol
The best way for me to keep being fresh is to drink much water or a sour snack.

Alright, I really want to share what I have just found out!
I have tried to find ways to keep myself fresh while working during night time without feeling sleepy, but they don't work.
Until about a week ago, I went to 7-eleven and bought two things that were very helpful, Coke and C-vitt.
After I drank both of them, I felt very fresh and energetic.
At that day, I could work from 8 p.m. until 3 a.m. 
You should try this!

Take a nap for 15-20 minutes or drink some sour drinking.
You will get fresh before doing assignments.

Get enough sleep and drink a lot of fresh water can help you feel fresh all day.
Those are my ways to help me to be feel fresh when I felt sleepy.

Kra Ting Dang can help you.
I cannot drink coffee.
I used to drink Kra Ting Dang when I felt sleepy
and I figured out that Kra Ting Dang can help me get fresh.
Now I don't drink any energy drink because I have enough rest everyday.

I do not drink coffee but I drink iced chocolate instead.
It helps a lot. Sometimes, fresh fruits can help.

I usually wash my face or sometimes take a shower.
It helps a lot.
I use this trick because I don't drink coffee.
I find coffee not so tasty and it's too bitter for me.

I sometimes drink coffee.
But drinking too much coffee is not good for health.
Here are my tricks.
- wash the face
- take a shower
- drink iced cocoa
- drink cool water

Very easy! Firstly, you just go to take a bath or wash your face.
Secondly, you just take a short nap.
Lastly, just find some cool beverage to drink.
These tips can wake you up during the day.
