Angry emotion in public??

For me, I think that the first thing that I have to do is fade myself out of there.
After that, I will stay with myself and tell me that what will happen after this.
If I say the bad thing out to others, how can I get it back.
There is no way!! right??
So, I will keep it in my mind and keep silent.

How to deal it!
I will breathe in and out until I feel better.
But I can use this sometimes.
When I get angry severely, I don't talk with anyone and find a peaceful place for relaxing.

Calm down and notice what I'm feeling and thinking, and why.
We should think before act, I always spend some seconds or minutes to make a decision between feeling a strong emotion or taking an action I'll regret.
