Have you ever been medically operated?

Hi there, the reason I ask you guys this question is that I was almost to be operated 2 days ago. I went camping with my juniors last weekend, but, unfortunately, I got a very terrible stomachache, so as I had to be admitted to the hospital nearby. I didn't know what caused my pain, so I had to be there for a night to observe whether it's because of appendicitis pain or not. If it really happened, I would need to be operated. But, Good news! I was not there; I just had a problem with my stomach. So, As I am alive, I never get any operation.

That was not medical operate but I was painful with 17 stitches.
It causes me to have the scar on my right thigh.
