How many hours of rest do you need?

Personally, 7-8 hours for my body is the best.
I wish I could have it all of this semester.LOL

I think 6-9 hours are enough for normal days, 2-3 hr for tough days and 13-15 hr per night after tough days!

Do you mean a rest at night or whenever? At night, I prefer at least 7 hours, but I'm kind of going to bed very late. So, I got just a little time to sleep. For daytime, I need just 1 hour to refresh my system if I could. This will be so good if I can really do it.
