How you guys handle a coldness?

I usually get some hot drink to keep myself warm, and work out frequently for wellness.

Normally, as you can feel, my room is pretty warm inside, so I don't have any problem during winter. But, when going outside, I will always bring my jacket or sweater with me. To make myself feel warm, it does depend on what kind of outfits I choose to wear as well. Anyway, I don't find winter in Thailand cold for me at all since I used to experience a colder one beforehand.

Eating food which has Thai herb as the ingredient is good as well.
Tom Yam, Tom zab, Congee are suitable to eat when the weather is quite clod.
