How to deal with someone who is always making fun of you?

I think this kind of person is annoying and stupid.
If I'm the per who is being made fun of, I'd try to avoid facing him or her or just ignore him.

I used to experience that kind of problem. I have been taught that paying no attention to the one making fun of us can reduce that person's stimulation. I mean if we ignore him or her or them, these people will have less attention on you. It works indeed.
