From 1-10, how would you rate your memory?

I'm a forgetful person.
So, I rate my memory to 5 out of 10.
I always forget where I put my keys, what I'm about to say, or even what to do next. lol
Poor me.

When I read or recite something, I can remember easily if I pay enough attention to it.
I used to remember the script that I will use to write for a test about 12 pages within only a day.
On the other hand, I'm a forgetful person for things around me such as  keys, a purse, or an earphones.

Now  I have the problem about my brain I think. I rate my memory about 6.
In the past, I had better skill to remember things. I have faced this problem because of I sometimes practice my brain.
I usually eat food which has the bad effect to my brain such as coffee. I feel like when I have to answer something,
 I spend quite too much time to think first. I also slowly  remember things  or content that I learn in each time.
