Which do you prefer between air conditioner and evaporative cooler?

I rather prefer air conditioner. Although I have an evaporative cooler, I still want air conditioner. It's undeniable that the high volume of cool and fresh air from evaporative cooler will make the body cool naturally. However, there are some disadvantages such as loud sound and less expansion of coldness.
